Whether you’re seeking relief from physical discomfort or a quiet moment to relax, Terry is here to assist in your wellness journey. Since receiving her Ohio medical massage license in 1993, she has trained in many techniques including cranial sacral, neuro-muscular therapy, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, Geriatric massage and Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage. She is one of the few certified Trager professionals in Cincinnati. Trager is an approach that uses gentle movements to relax emotional states, body tensions and pains. In addition to her massage experience, Terry is also a certified reflexologist. Reflexology is an ancient holistic healing practice incorporating manual techniques to deliver pressure to neural pathways to bring the body into a state of balance. An initial massage appointment is 90 minutes so you can fill out an intake form. Terry utilizes this information in your session to bring you optimal results. In addition to massage and reflexology, Terry took training toward a certified master of pedicuring (CMP) from the North American School of Podology. She offers facial waxing and natural nail services using Dazzle Dry, a four-step nail care system designed to create long-lasting, high-shine manicures without compromising nail health.
